Some more VMS Memory Management code.
Can fork and exec, but not quite compatible (but enough).
Note:
The VMS MM code is only enabled by choice.
(Without that choice, the kernel works as before (0_0_33))
If enabled, it will compile only with User-Mode Linux, and booting with
s init=/bin/sh will give a shell where you can use builtin stuff and
can fork off something like ls.
The MM is for some yet unknown reason a bit slow.
