Some more VMS Memory Management code.
With VMS MM, the struct vm_area_struct has been replaced by the region
struct _rde.
Note:
The VMS MM code is only enabled by choice.
(Without that choice, the kernel works as before (0_0_33))
If enabled, it will work only with User-Mode Linux, and booting with
s init=/bin/sh will give a shell where you can use builtin stuff and
can fork off something like ls.
The MM speed is for some yet unknown reason back to about normal.
The use of RDEs breaks some drivers (have to be configged away), but nothing
too important; it seems to trigger a lot of changes, though.
