Do you know how to program drivers for PCI, SCSI, LAN and floppy chips/busses,
and know how to do MM?
These things are barely started on i386, and another port should not be
started until these things are ready (unless you would want the sparc
port to be broken for long periods of time).

Will it be able to run Linux, too? And what about SunOS?

Is that a hobby board or made as work?
If made as work, what is its main objectives?

A slightly changed grub, but it will need ods2 support.
