If the other CPU is not activated it should not matter.
It might be some vulnerability against something I have not yet found.
I suppose you have made symlinks from /usr/include/{asm,linux}?
What startup parameters do you use?

You might need an InfoServer to do remote install.
The easiest to do might be to get a CD drive.
