The new (VMS) stuff will be placed in freevms/sys/src etc.
(Where it really belongs)
Something is there already, and I plan to move some of my changes there soon.
I will try structure the stuff in freevms/linux so that it may easily be
patched with patches from ftp.kernel.org.
