Hi,

I am curious about the DCL support.

I was planning to write a "CLD" file utility; using lex and yacc ... to be
able to parse CLD files; and create an output that could be linked into a
program ... which could use cli$dcl_parse and cli$get_value, etc ... to do command
line parsing.

Is any of this type of work already done? And if not; is there any objection
to using lex, yacc to build a parser for CLD files? I will probably do it
regardless; but didn't know if it would be of use to this project or not.
