New release 0.0.39 at

(Having a break from writing MM code while reading the new MM book)

CWPS (clusterwide process services) support ($forcex only).
RMS $put should work as it was intended in the source I got it from
(but it still has problems).
Clustercode has been changed to use senddata/reqdata (SNDDAT/REQDAT),
just as the clusterbook states.
Notes:
$forcex is used in the example program forcex, where pid for the other
node has to be given in decimal numbers, with the highest bit signed.
When running it on a pid 13, you must write "forcexum -2147483635".
(-2147483635 is 0x8000000d).
Only read-only use of clusterdisk is supported/tested.
(Clustering works only with uml; I had some problems with 2 ordinary boxes)
