Better myscs dispatching.
Changed cluster mounting from ;file to _file (due to semantics).
Now a remote disk (file image) can be mounted.
Parents in locks. (Locks not tested much aside from an example program
creating lock and then converting it)
Have tested building with RedHat 8.0; it works ok with the gcc3.2 based gcc.
Fixed major bugs:
Corruption in sch$aq_com pcb lists.
Remote node crashed when reading disk, due to spending too much time in a intr.
Wake pending flag was set but never reset.
New bugs:
Do not expect decnet to work for the moment, it may collide with myscs.
Directory against a disk on another node does not work yet.
Note:
Clustering only tested with uml.
Kernel has also been tested with bochs and on a real machine.
(It can boot multiuser on a real machine, but it crashed when I tried
logging on via ssh)
And:
If someone else has been doing something, please commit or upload.
We need to have stuff from more than one to have things going.
