New release 0.0.27 at

New since last:
ODS-5 support in the RMS interface. It is just the start, but I was able
to read a file whose filename contained both upper- and lowercase.
I have made available a file ods5image in the same directory.
On the not so visible side, I have made the RMS stuff comply to the
data structures FCB, UCB, VCB, WCB etc.
In that process, volume set support (was not ever 100% good) got removed.
Also, I doubt write-support works (it was discouraged even before).
Write support may return soon.
