New release 0.0.21 at
ftp.nvg.ntnu.no:/pub/vms/freevms (freevms-0_0_21.tgz)
Short time since last, but removal of some bugs took a bit shorter than
expected.
Bugfixes:
The qio1 example program now works on all three of ordinary pc, uml and bochs.
(The last two had a problem with scheduling in do_exit)
The eftim example program had a problem in exe$waitfr (sch$postef).
The wake example program had a wrong ipl level problem in exe$wake.
(Also some lock/ipl level stuff in exe$nampid2 that had to be fixed)
(There is still a problem with the timer queue remaining)
