New release 0.0.20 at

New features:
$setast system service
At least better (if not correct) ast, ipl and lock semantics and support.
Symlinks insteads of copies from ../freevms directory.
Note (with no VMS MM):
Now it works best with a real computer (some functionality is gone for some
reason, but it will be back).
Bochs boots, but with some less funtionality.
With User-Mode Linux I get "I'm tracing myself and I can't get out" too early.
Note on MM:
On bochs, I did only use VMS MM early in 0.0.20-development, and it
booted then (maybe due to some uninitialized stuff being right).
