New release 0.0.17 at

New features:
Memory management (with a specific config option).
At current it is only low-level with PFN allocation and replacing the
buddy system; it is primarily developed under User-Mode Linux.
It does not take into account DMA limits yet, so it may be booted with mem=16M.
For some reason it gets stuck in _switch_to on User-Mode Linux and an unknown
place on bochs.
With mem=64M on User-Mode Linux it manages a couple of switches.
Bugfixes:
It now boots under bochs (http://bochs.sourceforge.net/)
I have been using the debian image
(offseting with losetup -o 134701056 /dev/loop0 debian-2.2r5.img)
