New release 0.0.11 at

New features:
User-mode Linux support, see http://user-mode-linux.sourceforge.net/
It can boot the kernel, but can not utilize VMS system calls yet.
What about replacing everything from Internals Projects and down with
the TASKLIST, or a link to the same?
(It practically "screams" of more developers needed, but that should be
added with big headers anyway?)
