I suspect that the Linux DLM and CFS will be suited for the Linux internals,
and might need some rework.

Last time I checked (CVS a month ago) I did not see any new kernel
functionality (just new RCS fields in all of the 100MB+ kernel).
Is Braam a VMS man?
You might ask him if he wants contribute to FreeVMS?
