I will try to compile a 2.4.16, but I don't believe that this trouble
come from the initial kernel version.

Oops, the CVS tree can patch a 2.4.16 but not a 2.4.17rc1
(2.4.16 + patch rc1 + patch freevms)... Why ? I will work on this
trouble... My old notebook is compiling this new kernel. If it can build
it, I will release a 0.0.2 kernel this afternoon (CET).

Another question... I will go on holliday and I will come back the 2nd or
3rd january (I will read this mailing list, but with a RTC modem...).
What's about the different subprojects ?

        Regards,

        JKB
